    Modern slavery statement (“Statement”)

    Introduction

    Ilkari and its affiliated subsidiaries specialise in end-to-end data sovereignty solutionsand domain services. Ilkari employs staff across its main operational sites and offices located in Ireland, the UK and Spain.  Ilkari’s financial year runs from the beginning of January to the end of December in any given calendar year.

    Scope

    The scope of the Ilkari Modern Slavery Statement applies to Ilkari’s operations in Ireland, the UK, Spain, and Columbia, as well as all activities performed by its employees and third parties on its behalf. The prevention, detection, and reporting of modern slavery within Ilkari and its supply chain is a shared responsibility among employees and suppliers, with overall accountability held by the Senior Leadership Team and General Legal Counsel. Managers are tasked with implementing and monitoring this policy daily, ensuring effective processes and systems are in place and updated as necessary.

    Procedures

    • This statement is made pursuant to legislation referenced in clause 3 and sets out the steps that Ilkari has taken and is continuing to take to ensure that modern slavery or human trafficking is not taking place within our business or related supply chain. Systems and controls are being implemented to safeguard against any form of modern slavery taking place within Ilkari and our supply chain.  
    • Ilkari as a caring and sustainable business has a zero-tolerance approach to any form of modern slavery and is committed to acting ethically and with integrity and transparency in all business-related matters.  
    • This statement relates to actions and activities during the current calendar year.  
    • This Statement is reviewed annually.  
    • Ilkari is fully committed to ensuring there is no slavery and human trafficking taking place in any of its activities, and this extends to our supply chains. 
    • Ilkari has developed and implemented internally various policies to ensure that business is conducted in an ethical and transparent manner.  
    • Ilkari seeks to promote ethical practices within its supply chain and will initiate a process to periodically review supplier relationships and monitor the effectiveness of its anti-slavery measures while ensuring the company policies align with ethical standards and legal requirements. 
    • Ilkari will arrange training for key personnel across our business who engage with procuring our suppliers to ensure that this statement is complied with. 
    • Ilkari collaborates with its subsidiaries and affiliated entities to manage risks and evaluate supplier practices. Relationships with suppliers may be terminated if breaches of policies or modern slavery laws are identified. 
    • All employees are encouraged to report any suspected wrongdoing to their Line Manager and the Legal Department at [email protected]. Ilkari’s policies set out the protections for employees in reporting serious malpractice at work.
