Ilkari means “sky” or “heaven,” referring to the region of the atmosphere and outer space as seen from the earth. It comes from the Pitjantjatjara language, and reflects our aspiration to think expansively and go beyond limits – a reminder that, for us, the sky is not the limit.
How do I apply for a position at Ilkari?

What happens after I submit my application?
You’ll receive a confirmation email straight away. Our hiring team reviews applications within 3–5 business days and will contact you if your profile is a match.
What’s the hiring timeline like?

What’s the typical interview process like?
After an initial call with Talent Acquisition, you’ll have a virtual technical interview with two team members. If successful, you’ll move on to a final conversation with the hiring managers, usually in person. It’s a friendly, relaxed setting where we can get to know each other properly.

Do you offer relocation support?
We’re able to offer relocation packages for certain roles in Málaga (Spain), although this will be analysed on a case-by-case basis. We’ll discuss the specific details during the interview process.
